I am out at the beach just about every day that there is wind and some days when there isn't. I've been kite boarding for four years. I use a Liquid Force 128 Element board when I'm powered up and a WLF 130 when the wind is lighter. I also have a Cabrina 140 Icon that is too sweet of a board to get rid of. A Liquid Force 12M Spectrum used to be my main kite but I recently replaced it with an 11M Sonic Globe Rider. He's been at the sport about five years and doesn't mind going for extreme moves. He's had plenty of injuries; things like cracked ribs, stitches in his head, and blown ear drums. Despite his mishaps, he knows safety and will be teaching kite boarding as soon as he gets his work permit. This former nerd has turned into a kite head. It took some perseverance but he has become a steady rider that can handle some rough conditions on some ancient equipment.
